Active members

• Active members affiliated with the SRO, are natural and legal persons as well as private companies, who operate independent management as their primary occupation, and who need an affiliation with an SRO (affiliation with the SAAM's self-regulatory body).
• Active members under state supervision and natural and legal persons and private companies who operate independent management as their primary occupation and perform this activity on the basis of an official license from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).

Only active members shall have the right to affix the SAAM collective trade mark and the designation, "Member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers" to their advertisements and letterheads.
